I have poured all my own personal lifestyle habits and tips into creating 2 full days of movement, wellbeing and nourishment for the mind, body and soul. Sharing the brands I use in my own day-to-day life, with a chance to sample a range of wellbeing and fitness practices I love - from sound baths to cacao ceremonies, Padel tennis lessons and of course, Pilates!
