What do I need to join?

All you need to join me on the virtual retreat is within the immediate download you will receive once you have made your purchase, but you will also receive a separate email confirming the Zoom invites for all the live classes.

 

When does it start?

The retreat begins 18 November, but feel free to download and read through the details of the schedule beforehand, or draw together the ingredients for the nourishing recipes we will be enjoying together.

 

What if I miss a day or class?

All live Zooms will be recorded and set to participants after in case they cannot attend on the day/time.
